AllTeacher ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our iOS application and website (collectively, the "Service"). Please read it carefully.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email address. We use this solely to create and manage your account.

Learning data. We store the curricula you create, lessons you complete, exercise results, and progress data so the app can adapt your plan and show your history.

Usage data. We collect anonymous analytics such as feature usage frequency and session length to improve the app. This data is not linked to your identity.

Subscription data. Subscription purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We receive anonymised transaction receipts from RevenueCat to verify your subscription status. We do not see or store your payment card details.

Device information. We may collect your device type, iOS version, and crash reports to diagnose bugs and improve stability. This data is not sold or shared with advertisers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and maintain your account
• To generate and personalise your language learning curricula
• To track your progress and adapt lesson difficulty
• To verify your subscription tier and unlock features
• To send important service messages (e.g. policy changes)
• To diagnose crashes and improve app performance

We do not use your data to train AI models without your explicit consent, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase-managed servers using industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Access to your data is restricted to authenticated requests tied to your account. We implement technical and organisational measures to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, or destruction of your data.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policy:

• Supabase — database and authentication (supabase.com/privacy)
• RevenueCat — subscription management (revenuecat.com/privacy)
• Apple Sign In — authentication (apple.com/legal/privacy)
• OpenAI / AI providers — curriculum and exercise generation. Prompts sent to AI providers contain only learning content (e.g. target language, topic) and never personally identifiable information.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and learning data for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Home screen of the app (scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account). Deletion is immediate and irreversible. We do not retain personal data after deletion, except where required by law.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Receive your data in a portable format

7. Children's Privacy

AllTeacher is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your own (including the United States and the European Union) by our third-party providers. These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or by email. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
